Joe and Matt were both wonderful to work with. After initially not finding a simple reason for why my drain was backing up, they went above and beyond and stayed for hours to figure it out. They were ultimately able to find the problem (a very unique and difficult to figure out issue) and gave me a discount since the problem was not fixable with just a normal drain cleaning. They were so kind and worked very diligently. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

I worked with 4 technicians during the service call to my house. All were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, considering my lack of knowledge of the sewer line in my home. Very transparent with pricing, and I found it to be affordable (for an unexpected cost). They offer financing, which is also a plus. I’d 100% call them back for more work and will recommend to others.

Joe from Roto Rooter was on site within an hour or so, and had the drain blockage cleared within an hour after that. Very efficient service, and left the work area clean. He also took the time to explain the cause of our issue and what we can do to avoid future problems. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Allen came out first and then Charles with the camera to diagnose a severe clog correctly and to what extent. We were so impressed with the professionalism of these 2 technicians. Although we will need an excavator to come out and finish the job next week, I must admit that the estimate was much less than I thought it would be. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Never know how much you use your kitchen sink until you can't use it at all. From my call into Roto Rooter til the drain was unclogged. (3 hrs) The process was seamless. Alex, the specialist, was polite, courteous, thorough with information in his process of getting it straightened out and keeping me posted while he fixed it, was efficient.
